Jamie Falgout is Of Counsel practicing out of the firm’s New Orleans office. She primarily focuses her practice in the firm’s Products Liability and Pharmaceutical and Medical Device section.
She also helps clients in handling sexual abuse and assault claims and assists clients in a variety of complex litigation and arbitrations. Jamie is currently litigating multiple ERISA actions involving breaches of fiduciary duties on behalf of retirement plan participants and beneficiaries.
She received both her Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School and Master of Business Administration from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. While there, she served as Senior Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and Coach of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court team.
Prior to law school, Jamie moved from New Jersey to New Orleans to attend Tulane University. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Homeland Security.
Jamie is a member of several nationwide bar associations, including the Public Investors Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
